He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Hearth and Juanita Hearth (Lewis); his siblings, Jerry D. Hearth, Betty Edwards (Hearth) and Mary Catherine Hearth; his brother-in-law Donald Edwards; and his niece Brenda Arthur.
He is survived by: his friend Linda Hearth (Goodman); his sister-in-law Doretta Hearth (Gregory); his niece Carmen Jones; his great-nephew Anthony Jones; Andrea Jones (Borders). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family.
