She was predeceased by: her father Charles C. Hurt. She is survived by: her mother N. June Hurt; her siblings, Steven, Larry Hurt and Melanie Case (Matt); her daughters, Annette Bradbury (Mathew) and Natalie Fiorini (Blake Trobaugh); her grandchildren, AJ, Alexander and Nora Bradbury; and her goddaughter Collyns Thomas. She is also survived by two nephews; six nieces; eight great-nephews; four great-nieces; many beloved cousins.

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Rosie's Southside Animal Shelter.
