She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Skinner and Marie Skinner; and her husband Thomas Calvin Duncan Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Michael Scott Duncan of Columbus, Indiana and Michelle Lynn Pennington of Indiana; her siblings, Karen Skinner and Larry Skinner of Columbus; her grandchildren, Alexis Sidwell of Columbus, Ashley Duncan of Columbus, Brittney Flitter of Florida, Trevor Moon of Columbus and Laron Manhart of Columbus; and her great grandchild Audrey Sidwell of Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home to help with expenses.
