We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2025, at the age of 64, Lora L. Lucas of Columbus, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lora may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Edwin and Betty Jean Henderson Small; and her brothers, Larry and Dan Small. She is survived by: her children, Mitchell L. Lucas of Cromwell, Tonya L. Chandler of Columbus and Jennifer Kidd of Columbus; and her sisters, Jeanie Herron (Everett) of Columbus and Lynda Hadley of Columbus. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
