He was predeceased by : his uncle Ron Hanks; and his grandparents, Bob, Marie Gilliland, Byran, Stella Settles and Lloyd Sebastian.

He is survived by : his parents, Angela Doss and Troy Sebastian; his grandparents, Sharon, Jeff Boulware, Doug Gilliland and Grace Sebastian; his aunt Janet Hanks; his uncle Rob Gilliland (Ara); and his sisters, Melanie (Ernesto) and Miranda. He is also survived by his nieces; and numerous cousins and extended family.
