She was predeceased by: her brother Nathanial David Hawkins; and her grandparents, Ed Scott, Clara and Joseph Hawkins. She is survived by: her parent David J. Hawkins (Tomala); her sons, Christian Jaral (Erin), Kyle Jaral and Zander Gentry; her sister Cassie Hawkins (Tommy Wicker); her niece Braelei Ernest; her nephews, Briceon Ernest and Trynten Wicker; and her grandmother Wanda Sue Scott of Columbus.
During her 17 years at Applebee's Mandy hosted many fundraisers for various charities including Alex's Lemonade Stand, Toys for Tots, and various Love Chapel initiatives, not to mention regular food donations for local sports teams, non-profits, and community groups.
