She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Brewer; her husband William "Bill" Edgar Bell; her brothers, Ernest F. Brewer Jr., Omer F. Brewer and Ronald Lee Brewer; her sister-in-law Frances Brewer; her grandson Rylan Pete Willman; and her close friend Gerald Mote.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" Willman, Susan "Sue" Mellencamp and Jayne Pennington; her grandchildren, William Mellencamp (Dawn), Tom Mellencamp, Raymond Willman, Rachelle Cozart (Michael), Kie Bickel (Chase) and Katie Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Mellencamp, Zachery Cook, Rayven Willman, Lane Mellencamp, Oscar Mellencamp, Turner Mellencamp, Lily Bickel, Kyla Mellencamp, Rylan Cozart, Colin Bickel, Finley Cozart and Noah Bickel.
Memorial donations in her name may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Riley Children's Hospital.
