She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Biehle and Mary Speer Biehle; her husband Roy Matthews; her daughter Lisa Goad; her sisters, Edna Egan, Amy Ellington and Rebecca Biehle; her sons-in-law, Doug Morrow, Richard Goad, Mike Taskey and Charles Danny Vance Jr.; and her granddaughter LaDawn Vance.
She is survived by: her close friend Ronnie Lawson of Columbus; her daughters, Teresa Miracle (Tim) of Columbus, Tina Pearson (Tim) of North Vernon, Karla Vance of Dupont, Gracie Guenthenspberger (Ralph) and Kelly Gonzalez (Jose) of North Vernon; and her siblings, Bill Biehle of Billings, Andy Biehle of North Vernon, Freda Ann Henry of North Vernon and Leona Fenbers. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and twenty two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Katy's memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, or Mercy Rescue and Adoption through the funeral home.
