The passing of Mary Imogene Hittle of Columbus, Indiana, born in Olney, Maryland leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 19, 2024 at the age of 98. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Mary Imogene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of our lives, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Ellis and Beulah Francis Thompson Bryan; and her husband Eugene. She is survived by : her children, Conrad Hittle (Marijane) of Edinburgh, Brian Hittle (Susan) of Elizabethtown, Timothy Hittle (Emily) of San Francisco, CA, Daniel Hittle (Patricia) of Columbus and Colleen Stone (Bradford) of Apple Valley, MN.. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church (1306 27th St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
