She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Lewis Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Justin Tincher of Seymour, Cody Tincher (Ashley) of Columbus, Jonathan Hoffman of Scottsburg and Katina Dicken of Columbus; and her stepchildren, Nicole Hoffman of Edinburgh and Dusty Hoffman of Crawfordsville.
