With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary M. Snapp (Columbus, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on September 17, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Helwig and Marjorie Helwig (Brandenburg); her husband Dr. Richard A. Snapp; her son Dr. Robert A; and her brother Thomas Helwig.

She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Snapp (Carrie) of Bloomington, Yves M. Yarborox of San Francisco, CA, Thomas E. Snapp (Deb) of Valparaiso, Lisa Dinsmore (Jeff) of Story and Carol Sanford (Ernie) of Richland, WA.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service adhering to CDC guidelines relating to COVID-19 will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorials in Mary's name are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
