She is survived by: her parents, Charles Mode Burns of Columbus, IN and Martha Lue Houchens Burns; her spouse Sebert Worton of Columbus, IN; her children, Christopher Howard (Joelene) of Elizabethtown, IN, Tyler Howard (Lindsey) of Columbus, IN, Kayla Burns of Columbus, IN and Brooklyn Worton of Columbus, IN; her brothers, Jason Burns (Brittany) of Columbus, IN, Charles "Moe" Burns of Columbus, IN and Nathan Burns of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Mylah Ditmer, Kahleesi Hendrickson, Leeland Howard, Jonathan Mings and Ryker Howard; her aunt Charlene Houchens; her cousins, Karen Sizemore (Richard), Shawn, Marcus Hupp, Juana and Raquel Zapo; and her pet Rocky.
