She is survived by: her children, Christopher Vic Polk Jr., Kelly, Amaya, Schuyler, Angelina, Katina Kay Redford Kindle and Melissa Marie Clemens; her mother Sharon Kay Myers; and her siblings, Ricky Ray Neal, Monica Joy Dillion and Rosemary Irene Myers.
In addition to flowers, donations may be made through the funeral home to the American Legion and the Jackson County Humane Society.
