We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020, at the age of 92, Neil Coy of Columbus, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Coy and Mina McKee Coy; and his siblings, Ethleen Voris, Mercedes Park, Carman Freeze, Clifford, Hansel and Dennis Coy.

He is survived by: his wife Annie Ruth Ridge; his children, Steven N. Coy (Susan) of Columbus and Connie Sue Coy Taylor (Denny Jr.) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Elijah Taylor (Elizabeth), Elizabeth Taylor Recca (Justin), Grace Coy Campbell (Joel), Isaac Coy (Erica), Amy Grieger (Josh), Matthew Coy (Melissa), John DeBolt and Elizabeth DeBolt. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Due to pandemic restrictions, please follow social distancing guidelines and masks are required.

Memorial contributions may be made to Westside Community Church.

“Connie and I were childhood best friends. I have many fond memories of overnight stays where Neil would yell at us “one last time” to stop giggling so he could go to sleep. I loved Neil and Ruth who were always so kind to me and Connie who is a beautiful person and was such a wonderful friend. Aaah. Such great memories. Sorry for the loss. All my love. Carole”
