He was predeceased by: his father Dennis M. Hoard; and his brother Stephen Hoard. He is survived by: his mother Patricia M. Stewart Hoard; his children, Catricia Hoard, Candiace Leonard, Michennis Hoard, Randall Leonard, Kaitlyn Campbell (Jaymiah) and Kloe Hoard; his grandchildren, Amber Leonard, Elizabeth Downs, Rachel Downs, Kaylin Garland, Tegan Galbreath, Zachary Galbreath, Zander Galbreath, Kinzlee Campbell, Liam Leonard and Ellie Leonard; and his siblings, Ralph E. Hoard, Mitchell Hoard and Nancy Eastwood (Wes).
