She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Beyl and Lula Beyl; and her sisters, Geneva Leach, Ida Mae Eismann, Alice Edwards, Margie Jenkins and Shirley Burns.
She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Dunlevy; her daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" Dunlevy of Columbus, Lynda Dunlevy of Indianapolis and Diane Dunlevy of Minneapolis, Minnesota.; her sister Phyllis Beyl (Sellersburg); her grandchildren, Kaylan Fields (Columbus) and Lee James Hamilton (Indianapolis); and her great grandchild Jada Fields (Columbus).
Donations in her memory may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, Love Chapel, or First Presbyterian Church Property Committee.
