It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip R. Stavroff of Columbus, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Philip had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Philip may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathleen Janice (Anderson) and Robert Stavroff; his brother Brian Stavroff (Karen); his nieces, Liz Stonehill (Alex), Hannah Stonehill (Joe), Megan Hawes (David) and Kristen Grogg (Zack); and his nephew Jake Stavroff.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (200 S Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
