She was predeceased by: her parents, Mont McGaha and Rosa McGaha (Cook); her husband Glenn Blythe; and her siblings, Kenneth, Janet and Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Blythe (Annette) of Nashville, Tammy Shatto (Jim Baty) of Clayton and Tonya Towner (Chad) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jessica Peace-Blythe, Tyler Blythe, Ryan Shatto (Gloria Escobar), Sarah Kramp (Matt), Caroline Harvey and Emily Harvey; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Finley Kramp; and her sister Sharon Groves of Paradise Valley, Arizona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
