With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis M. Underwood of Columbus, Indiana, born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Beaver and Bernice Rutan Beaver; her husband Roger Underwood; and her siblings, Bill Beaver and Charlotte Rutan.

She is survived by: her children, Glenda Hinchman (Christopher) of North Vernon and Jason Davis of Columbus; and her brother Walter Beaver of Illinois. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
