With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Lou Blake in Columbus, Indiana, born in Coeburn, Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Creed and Jay Creed; her brothers, Scotty Creed and Jackie Creed; and her stepdaughter LeeAnn Fader Sanders.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Blake; her daughters, Lori Taffe (Brian) and Traci Mills (Michael); her stepsons, Rick Blake and David McCormack; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Sturgeon (Tyler), Justine Kidwell (Craig), Mikel Mills and Rebecca Jackson; and her stepgrandchildren, Megan Wager (Dan), Amanda Fader, Mallory Alchin, Jordan Sanders, Kyla Lawrence, Justin Blake, Rose Blake, Grace Blake and Sierra Blake. She is also survived by grandkids and 1 great great grandson.
