She was predeceased by: her parents, David T. Wade and Catherine L. Donica Wade; and her brothers, David Wade, Jerry Wade and Forest Wade.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathleen Sexton (John) of Dunnville and Cassandra Sapp of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Stephanie Henry (Johnny), Channel Lee (Doug), Marcus Nuby, Kendra Douglas, Kenvis Perry (Justin) and Keenan Smith; her great grandchildren, Journee, Timothy, Ethan, Allie, Divinity, Xzavier, Zirinity, Alena, Tre, Ava, Ziena, Hayven, Layken, Camden, Brendan and Lazayla; her great great grandchildren, Kaidence and NyLiah; her siblings, Rick Wade (Carol) of Scipio, Stephen Allen of Louisville, Kentucky, Janet Troutman (Steve) of Florida and Penny Wade of Columbus; and her niece Wendy Grissom. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
