It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Kay Hill of Columbus, Indiana, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray and Hester Faye Cooper Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Hill; her children, Michal Dawn Watkins (Ben) of Marion, Jesse Caric of Nashville and Rusty Hill (Victoria) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Josiah Watkins, Gabriel Watkins, Silas Watkins, Rusty Hill and Rory Hill; and her sisters, Ruby Mae Tucker (Tim) of Kentucky and Glenna Gay Vanover (Barry) of Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
