He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Neeb and Maurita Jean Green Neeb; and his brother David Neeb. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Neal; his children, Jill, Amy, Eric Neeb, Shane Tempest (Amy) and Russell Barr (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Andrew Tempest (Maritza), Lillian Tempest (Cory), Henry Barr and Samuel Barr; and his brothers, Mike Neeb (Kim), Morris Neeb and Scott Neeb (Laura).
