She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl V. Howell and Lula Walls Howell; her husband Gale Richard Adam; and her son John Curtis Adam. She is survived by : her daughter Alyssa Pruitt (Rick); her grandchildren, Alesia L. R. Stevenson (Seth), Alexia, Ethan and Kaden John; her brother Ed Howell; her sister-in-law Willene Howell; her brother Gene Adam; and her sister-in-law Ruby Gamble. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other friends.
