She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Ray and Laura Marie Hooten (Davis); her spouse Tilford Hoover; her daughter Donna Hargrave; and her siblings, William Hooten, Gene Hooten, Don Hooten and Claren Stillman.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Moore, Debbie Blaney (Terry), Pam Bailey (Bill) and Peggy Hoover; her siblings, Fran Baker, Le Ann Biehle and Lu Ann Stevens; her grandchildren, Kyra Stier, Derek Moore, Morgan Olson, Peyton Olson and Latasha Hoover; and her great grandchild Gwendolynn. She is also survived by extended family including nieces, nephews, and cousins.
