He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Brown and Irene Brown (Richardson); and his sisters, Edith Walker, Imogene Welch and Betty Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown (Mahaffey); his children, Deborah Tripp, Royce Oliver (Jo), Melinda Burton (Jeff) and Tony Oliver (Kim); and his grandchildren, Robert Dailey (Shannon), Daniel Oliver (Becky), Stacie Fox (Ryan), Jessica Foster (Jacob) and Joshua Burton (Whitney). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
