He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Clyde Donica and Verla N. Rutan Donica; his wife Sandra June McFall; his sons-in-law, Joey Giles and Jerry Milan; and his sisters, Kathryn Oyer and Margaret Rager.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Donica Blythe (Tim) of Nashville, Cindy Donica of Columbus, Tim Donica (Chris) of Columbus, Matt Donica (Robin) of Columbus and Paul Donica (Amy) of Franklin, Indiana; his stepbrother Dave Williamson; his grandchildren, Jessica Peace-Blythe, Tyler Blythe, Hannah Milan, Jodi Wren (Ryan), Lori Taylor (Kaden), Payton Donica, Gabrielle Donica, Lillian Donica, Katlyn Kuyper (Shay), Trent Westmeyer (Morgan), Sydney Donica, Anna Donica, Emily Hall (Josh), Cole Donica (Michelle) and Isabelle Donica; and his great grandchildren, Delilah, Owen, Aden, Henley, Lily, Bode, Jaden and Layla. He is also survived by five stepchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church - State Street (6045 State St, Columbus, IN 47201).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
