He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elliott, and Winifred Powell Elliott, Sr.; and his wife Ruth Ann. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Robert Elliott of Columbus, Scott Raymond Elliott of Columbus and Stanley Rollin Elliott of Cicero; his grandchildren, Grant Elliott, Benjamin Elliott, Luke Elliott and Suzanne Conley; and his brother Jack R. Elliott of Fresno, California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
