He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Arbuckle and Mabel Hamilton Arbuckle Schroer; his wife Judith Eckles; and his brothers, Alfred Arbuckle, Roy Arbuckle and John O. Arbuckle Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Sharon Tobias (David), Dan Arbuckle (Shelia), Keith Arbuckle (Teresa) and Ken Arbuckle (Becky); his grandchildren, Jonathan Arbuckle (Sarah Cross), Katie Arbuckle (John Ratz), Jessica King (Kenny), Casey Zimmer (Andrew) and Arie Arbuckle; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Ezra, Zion Zimmer and Kalena King.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Garland Brook Cemetery (501 N Gladstone Ave, Columbus, IN 47201).
