He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Bilz and Helen N. Bilz (Distel); his wife Barbara Ann Sears; and his siblings, Russell, Tony, Francis "Noonie" Bilz and Betty Browning.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Radcliff (Richard) of Mishawaka, Stephen Bilz (Ashley) of Freetown and Suzanne Kanehl of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Nick Radcliff (Jami), Christian Radcliff (Katie), Niles Radcliff, Erin Anne Bilz Kanehl and Robert Alexander Bilz Kanehl.
