He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Greer Clark and Amel Clark; his son Gary Clark; his granddaughter Kristin Cheek; and his siblings, William Oliver "Bill" Clark, Harold Wayne Clark, James Martin Earl Clark, Donald Clark, Emil Ray Clark, Emma Ruth Bower, Edith Pfaffenberger and Evelyn Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Clark of Columbus; his children, Roger Clark (Glenna) of Taylorsville, Jeff Cheek (Diana Grimes) of Columbus, Lewis Cheek (Stephanie) of Seymour, Sondra "Sandy" Coomer (Roger) of Seymour and Donna Clark of Seymour; his grandchildren, Cindy Wynn (Steven) of Medora, Kendall Ellison of Seymour, Michelle Goins (Matt) of Carmel, Jacqueline Purvis (Mark) of Columbus, Tim Wadsworth and Tammy Wadsworth; his great grandchildren, Tristen Bannister of Seymour, Braeden Bannister of Seymour, Isabella Bannister of Seymour, Gabriella Bannister of Seymour, Kamryn Phillips of Seymour, Ethan Perry of Seymour, Jenna Perry of Seymour, Maylee of Medora, Jaylei Carr of Columbus, Luke Wilson of Indianapolis, Gavin and Lennon Goins of Carmel; and his siblings, Richard Dale Clark, Francis Weldon Clark and Delma "Dottie" Burkhart.
