He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cookson and Catherine Cookson; and his sisters, Betty Bowers and Carolyn Compton. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Boehmer (Robert) and Melanie Glisson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
