He is survived by: his children, Gayle Hopkins (Gene) of Columbus, Rahn Manley (Tammy) of Indianapolis and Chris Manley (Tonya) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Joshua Michael Hopkins, Matthew Scott Hopkins, Kyle Manley and Samantha Rose Ansara.
