He is survived by: his wife Kaye Allen (Chambers); his children, Traci Combs, Toby Allen, Chad Stapleton (Misty) and Misty Burton (Ben); and his siblings, Phillip Allen (Jennie), Dee Allen and Pauletta Allen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
