He is survived by: his wife Dianne K. Schuette Shepherd-Hargraves; his children, Ronald J. Hargraves Jr., Jason Hargraves (Renee), Liz Keck (Kyle), Damian Shepherd (Vanessa) and Josh Shepherd (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Jacob Hargraves (Megan), Kate Hargraves, Joe Hargraves, Cameron Hargraves, Hayden Davis, Landon Davis, Izabella Davis, Ember Keck, Harley Neeley (Bryce), Zachary Shepherd, Kaylee Shepherd and Aiden Shepherd; his great grandchildren, Shayley Shepherd, Athena Neeley, Hartlee Shepherd, Huntley Shepherd, Allen Shepherd and Chloe Shaw; his brother Bobby Hargraves; his sister-in-law Carolyn Schuette; Star, Lady, Maycie and Tessa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
