With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel L. Dooley of Columbus, Indiana, born in Carlisle, Arkansas, who passed away on August 3, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Dooley and Mary Moss Dooley; his siblings, James Dooley, Rita Wells, Bonnie Davidson and Marva Sue Mullis; and his parents-in-law, Horace and Aline Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Ballard; his daughters, Michelle Kooiman (Tom) of Columbus and Tyce Kinman (Charles) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Gage Dooley (Stephanie), Cameron Oathout (Jasmine), Rain Kinman, Lori Scrivnor (Sean) and Kacie Kooiman; his great grandchildren, Jase Dooley, Lexie Dooley, Payton Oathout and Khyber Oathout; and his siblings, Edgar Dooley (Kathy) of Omaha, Ann Johnson of Columbus and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
