She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy J. Erwin and Mattie Evelyn Bushong Erwin; her husband Alvin E. "Shakey" Howard; and her siblings, Jerry Erwin and Wanda Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Tabitha A. Howard (Roger L. Miller) of Columbus and Johnny L. Howard (Tracy R.) of Columbus; her grandsons, Troy L. Howard, Connor D. Miller, Brandon L. Miller and Andrew L. Purvis; and her siblings, Debra L. Scott of Indianapolis, Brenda G. Edwards (Ron) of Ogilville and Gregory A. Erwin (Sherri) of North Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Norman Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
