She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Feese and Hallie Feese (Arnold); her sons, Joseph Dwayne and David Randall Rice; and her brother David Feese.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Utterback (Kerry) of Columbus, Hallie "Teri" Short (Ed) of Lawrenceburg, Michelle L. Simpson of Columbus and Mark Rice (Debbie) of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; her siblings, Carmy Hess (Bob) of Pennsylvania, Ed and Joe Feese of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Brian Rice, Diana Winn, Nikki Short, Becky Rice, Patricia Rice, Joseph Rice, Heather Rice, Sarah Wintek, Olivia Burton, Levi England, Hannah England, Colton Utterback and Cole Hartwell; and her former husband Osbert Simpson. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
