She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Hooten and Vera Hooten (Eckel). She is survived by: her husband Charles Phillips, Sr.; her children, Bert Affolder, Jr., Becky Sue Sexton and Charles K. Phillips, Jr.; her siblings, Sharon Justus (Mike), Helen Hampton (Bill) and Glenny Hooten (Diane); her grandchildren, Casey, Stacy, Corey, Raymond, Brenna and Charles; and her nieces, Michelle, Belinda, Kelly, Glenda, Vera, Sabrina and Tabatha. She is also survived by Eight Great Grandchildren.
