He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Louise Mourey Hamm; his siblings, Susie Risser, Betty Hamm, Nancy Austerman and Jimmie Hamm; and his brother-in-law Clifton Ballard.

He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Ballard, Cindy Tuttle and Gary Hamm of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
