She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Eugene and Pauline Bullock Betts; her son Gary Lee Shafer; her grandson Joshua Shafer; and her brother Stephen Betts.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Henry of Franklin, Becky Poynter (David) of Morgantown, David Betts of Florida, Robert Betts (Marsha) of Martinsville and Randy Betts (Jenny) of Brown County; and her children, Stacy Shafer (Jason Eller) of Springville, Jon Matthew Shafer (Lisa Gardner) of Columbus and Arin Larrison (Tim) of Brown County.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Jonathan Moore (4205 Jonathan Moore Pike, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
