She was predeceased by : her father Edward John; and her brothers, Edward John Johnson III and Warren Johnson. She is survived by : her husband Gary H. Dorn; her grandchildren, David (Megan), Chris (Erica), Amanda, Dakota (Tanya), Ben, Susie, Aaron, Luke and Sophia; her great grandchildren, Trentin, Kaitlyn, Aubrey, Melody, Aiden, Alexis, Waylon, Wesley, Ryker, Jaycen, Attalie and Reagan; and her daughter Aana C. Dorn.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (719 5th St, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
