We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2021, at the age of 62, Terry Wayne Smith of Columbus, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack William and Rena Swim Smith; his siblings, Jeanne Smith and Clayton Smith; and his niece Amber Hendrickson.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sasha Jo Wayne Yeadon of Medora and Chrissy Reed of Columbus; and his siblings, Bobby Smith of Columbus, Rhonda Williams of Florida, Karen Scofield of Hope and Mary Jo Cook of North Vernon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren.
