He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Marr. He is survived by: his children, Bill Lentz (Shari) of Columbus, IN, Lea Ann Lane (Steve) of Hope, IN and T. Daniel Lentz (Kimberly) of Whitestown, IN.; his grandchildren, Rachel Lane, Steven Lane, Aaron Lentz (Cora), Ashley Fults (Eric), Sam Lentz (Juliana), Katie Lentz and Grace Lentz; and his great grandchildren, Everett Lentz and Annie Fults.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made directly to Love Chapel of Bartholomew County at 311 Center St., Columbus, IN 47201.
