He is survived by: his wife Pam Lanham; his daughter Farrah Davis (Tom); his stepchildren, Jamie Frensemeier, Erin Brenton (Tim Marsh) and Eric Wesley; his siblings, Joyce Hunter, Patty Rhoddie (Steve), Mike Lanham (Kim), Pete Lanham and Becky Johnson; and his grandchildren, Taylor Voris (Haylie), Trenton, Riley, Bradly Davis, Freyja Frensemeier and Timothy Petro.
