He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Henderson and Helen Webb (Fox); his grandparents, Dillard and Minnie Henderson; and his wife Sue Ann Henderson.
He is survived by: his sons, William L. "Bill" Henderson (Melissa) of Greenwood and James T. "Jim" Henderson (Edwina) of Zionsville; his sister Ann Webb of Elwood; his grandchildren, Megan Henderson, Erik Henderson, Leif Henderson, Ben Henderson and Colin Henderson; and his sisters-in-law, Bev Fitzpatrick and Linda Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
