He is survived by: his wife Marsha Bateman; his children, Tina Vanest (Steve) of Columbus, IN and Troy Bateman (Hetty) of Columbus, IN; his stepchildren, Shawn Coles of Columbus, IN, Shannon Ferrill (Erik) of Columbus, IN and Shane Coles (Whitney) of Columbus, IN; his siblings, Billy Bateman, Joe Bateman, Gary Bateman, Keith Bateman, Kathy Utzman, Beverly Bateman, Marybeth Williams and Linda Bateman; his grandchildren, Whitney, Joshua (Ashleigh), Dalton (Michele), Paige (Hunter), Payton (Tyler) and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Paige, Braelyn, Kyler, Aria, Paislee and Reid; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley (Richie), Noah, Micah, Karlie, Ethan and Courtney; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Elle, Mila and Sophia.
