Scott Hines (Tamika) of Scipio, Rebecca Ann Umphrey of North Vernon, Boni Fewell of The Villages and Laura Johnson (Kevin) of Columbus; his sister Mary Burkman of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Craig Umphrey, Jon Fewell, Sarah Fewell, Robert Fewell, Chad Fewell, Andra Baker, Erin Estes, Emily Moorman, Joby Johnson, Benjamin Johnson, Jessica Marshall and Matthew Hines.
The family has requested that no flowers be sent due to allergies in the family.
