We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2022, at the age of 67, Walter L. Roberts of Columbus, Indiana, born in Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Roberts and Maybelle Lester Roberts; his siblings, Dorretta Spurgeon and James Roberts; his father-in-law Jack Smith; and his sister-in-law Teresa Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy J. Smith; his sisters, Dennetta Watts (Chuck) of Columbus, Elizabeth Jones of Columbus and Diane Steigerwalt of Columbus; his mother-in-law Janet Smith of Columbus; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Colvin (Ron) of Columbus and Bev Lyle of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
