With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Moody (Columbus, Indiana), who passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Wayne departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Wayne. Though Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Moody and Mellicent Lord Moody; and his siblings, Joe Moody and Barbara Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce K. Boling Moody; and his sister Virginia White of Scottsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
